The live123 VIP Rewards Program is designed to recognise and reward every loyal member. The more active you are, the greater the rewards – from daily rebates and exclusive bonuses to personalised service and special cash gifts.
Every ringgit you wager brings you closer to a higher VIP tier with even greater rewards
The live123 points system is built so that every gaming activity you do is counted and rewarded. No points go to waste.
Create a live123 account and make your first deposit. You'll automatically be placed at the Bronze tier and start earning points from your very first bet.
Every RM10 you wager on any game – live casino, slots, football or poker – earns you 1 live123 VIP Point.
Once your VIP Points reach the threshold for the next tier, your account will be upgraded automatically and your new privileges will be activated immediately.
Rebates are credited daily and monthly bonuses are sent directly to your account. No manual claiming required – everything happens automatically.
Important Note
VIP Points are calculated based on net wagers only (not deposits). Your VIP tier remains active as long as you play within any 30 consecutive days. For full program terms and conditions, please refer to Terms & Conditions live123.
More than just rebates – the live123 VIP programme delivers a genuinely elevated gaming experience
Rebates are automatically credited daily based on your total wager – no claiming required and no complicated wagering conditions. Use them to keep playing or withdraw them straight away.
Live123 VIP members enjoy daily withdrawal limits far higher than those of regular members. Diamond members have unlimited withdrawal limits – your winnings, in your hands, any time.
Platinum and Diamond members have a personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or direct call. Any issue is resolved in under 10 minutes.
Live123 remembers your special occasions. Gold members and above receive exclusive cash bonuses for their birthday, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, and Merdeka Day – automatically, with no request needed.
Enjoy exclusive Live Casino tables open only to live123 VIP members – a more relaxed atmosphere, higher betting limits, and dedicated dealers for a premium gaming session.
Live123 VIP withdrawal requests are prioritised and processed in as little as 5 minutes – far faster than the standard process. Funds arrive in your bank account or e-wallet almost instantly.
Platinum and Diamond members receive invitations to live123 VIP events held throughout the year – including private poker tournaments, lucky draws, and exclusive dinners.
On top of live123's general promotions, VIP members gain access to exclusive offers not publicly advertised – including higher reload bonuses, special cashback deals, and private tournaments.
Enquiries and issues from live123 VIP members are always handled with priority. Our dedicated VIP support team is available around the clock via live chat, WhatsApp, or email.

If you've been playing on online betting platforms for a while, you'll know that not all loyalty programs are created equal. Some come with convoluted terms, others offer minimal rebates that are a hassle to claim, and some bonuses are here one month and gone the next. live123 designed its VIP Rewards program with one straightforward goal: to make sure loyal members feel genuinely valued – not just promised things buried in the fine print.
The live123 VIP programme is built across five tiers – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond – each offering increasingly rewarding benefits. What sets live123 apart from other platforms is its daily rebate system, credited automatically with no wagering requirements attached. That means any rebate you receive today can be used immediately for betting or withdrawn right away. No waiting, no claiming, no confusing conditions to fulfil.
One of the main reasons regular Malaysian players stick with live123 is the VIP programme's genuine transparency and reliability. All programme terms are clearly stated in the live123 Terms & Conditions – no hidden clauses waiting to catch you off guard. Every ringgit you wager is tracked and displayed in real time on your VIP dashboard, so you always know exactly how many points you have accumulated and how many more you need to reach the next tier.
Beyond rebates, what Malaysian players love most about the live123 VIP program is the personalised treatment. Gold members and above enjoy a more tailored gaming experience – from access to exclusive, quieter Live Casino tables with higher limits, to prioritised withdrawal processing. Platinum and Diamond members get a dedicated personal account manager they can reach directly – someone who knows your account and can resolve any issue quickly, without the back-and-forth of general support.
Looking to climb the VIP tiers faster? The simplest strategy is to focus on the games you enjoy and play consistently. Live casino, football and poker all earn VIP Points at the same rate – RM10 wagered = 1 VIP Point. So whether you prefer the baccarat table, betting on the Malaysia Super League, or playing poker with friends online, every activity counts.
During festive seasons or special live123 campaigns, Double VIP Points events are held where every MYR you wager earns twice the points. These are the best opportunities to climb tiers faster. Keep an eye on the live123 Promotions section or enable your account notifications so you never miss out.
To ensure smooth deposits and withdrawals for VIP members, live123 supports all major local Malaysian payment methods. You can use Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Gold VIP members and above enjoy higher daily deposit limits, giving you greater flexibility in managing your bankroll. All deposits are credited in under 2 minutes and live123 charges no fees for any payment method.
Withdrawals for VIP members are given priority within the live123 system. For Silver members and above, withdrawal requests are processed at an elevated priority – typically completed within 5 minutes to your bank account or e-wallet. Platinum and Diamond members enjoy instant 24/7 processing with zero delays. Your winnings are always within quick reach whenever you need them.
Live123 believes that great rewards should never come with unnecessary pressure. The live123 VIP programme is designed to make your gaming experience more enjoyable – not to encourage betting beyond your means. With that in mind, all self-control tools available to regular members are fully accessible to VIP members as well, including self-imposed deposit limits, betting limits, and the option to temporarily suspend your account. If you ever feel that gaming is starting to affect your daily life, do not hesitate to use these tools or reach out to your VIP manager for guidance and support.
